Chinese Dried Black Fungus Wood Ear Mushroom for Asian Food Chewy and Exotic Texture

  • Black Fungus are known to be rich in calcium, phosphorus, and collagen, vitamin D. Also, it is easy to store when dried, so generally distributed in a dried form. Soak dried tree mushrooms in warm water(104°F~122°F) for 15 to 20 minutes to return like the original Black Fungus (about an hour in cold water).
